This is the image of the now so-famous DU girl who has caught all attention,attracted tweets from all corners,for taking a stance that was diametrically opposite to the so-called nationalists. Well I'll not go on the Left vs Right Debate,I'll not comment on whether its the left that has gone far too anti-national in its intellects,or all this is the culmination of the state power that has gradually shifted to one side over the last couple of years, all I have to say is that perhaps we need to learn to respect views that are contradictory to ours,atleast in the universities,for if questions will not be asked in universities ,where will they be????? Last year when it all happened in JNU,I,like all nationalists,condemned the anti-national slogans.and NOT to mistake that all this while I have changed parties(of which I was never a part),anti-national slogans should always be condemned,without any ifs and buts.
